BAnKING – We will manage your Management Company Bank Account in accordance with your prescribed mandate. We will not hold client money directly.

BUDGETING – We will work with your Management Company Directors to agree a budget and then facilitate services within that budget to exceed agreed service levels.

Financial & Statutory Management Company Administration – We will arrange for the preparation and filing of all statutory and financial accounts & returns in accordance with Companies House requirements and deadlines including management, attendance and minuting of annual general meetings where necessary. Full Company Secretary Appointment preferred.

Vendor, Purchaser & General Legal Enquiries – We will respond to all legal enquires promptly and professionally and pass all costs on to third parties where possible.
