CONTRACT Management – We will arrange and manage all necessary on-site contractors, including all aspects of contractor management from service level agreements, adequacy of insurance, quality of service management and payment. If you have existing contractors that currently meet your needs, we will be happy to continue with them if you wish us to do so.

Health & Safety - We will manage all aspects of health and safety for your development including a full risk assessment for the site and statutory certification of key plant and equipment on site including fire risk and fixed wiring inspections as necessary.
